The school is managed by the Kerala Catholic Association (KCA), Mumbai, a registered organisation established in 1959. Since its inception, KCA has been actively involved in various social, charitable, and community development initiatives, driven by a strong commitment to serving society.

As part of this commitment, the vision of establishing a school took shape under the leadership of Mr. P. J. Mathew, along with Mr. Mohan Kandathil and other dedicated committee members. Their vision was to move beyond conventional approaches to education and create an institution that would nurture confident, capable, and responsible individuals with a global outlook.

With a firm belief that quality education should be accessible to all, the founders envisioned an institution that would provide opportunities for every child to learn, grow, and achieve their full potential.
